Track & Field Season Information Document

Welcome to the upcoming track and field season. Please review this document carefully for details regarding schedules, fees, required documentation, and team policies.

Practices begin the week of June 7th at Briggs High School.

  • Sundays: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Fee Structure & Deadlines

Registration Fees

  • $455: New athletes (includes uniform order)

  • $355: Returning athletes (already have a uniform)

  • $35: Mandatory USATF registration fee (applies to all athletes included in fee) 

  • Installment Dates: Payments are due on 5/29, 6/12, and 6/16.

  • Uniform Policy: Uniforms will not be ordered until a down payment has been made on registration fees.

Required Documentation

Parents must submit the following documents to the coaches via email or physical copy. All paperwork is due a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the first meet.

  • Athlete's full name,  home address, current school, Copy of athlete's Birth Certificate

  • Phone number

  • Parent's email address

Team Policies & Expectations

  • Transportation: Parents are solely responsible for transporting athletes to and from all practices and track meets.

  • Meet Attendance: Participation is flexible. Athletes are not required to attend every track meet and may participate in as many or as few as they choose.

  • Inclement Weather: In the event of bad weather, coaches will determine if practice will be relocated or cancelled. Notifications will be sent out on the day of the event.
